If your Square Pay account is terminated or if you opt out of Square Pay, we will unlink and remove all of your Saved Information within a reasonable period of time. If you have completed order transactions on Square-Powered Sites, we will retain your Saved Information in order to provide services to the merchant with whom you’re transacting and to comply with applicable law.

Square is committed to safeguarding your Saved Information with the highest security standards. Our payment processing systems adhere to the PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), Level 1.
